Breathwork-Session (EN)
”Movement-informed breathing: developing a blueprint to precision healing”
Dr Ed will introduce you to a novel approach to breathwork that incorporates muscular awareness and action. This approach was originally developed to guide athletes with physical pain, allowing them to journey inwardly, gaining insight into where they hold physical tension, and in some cases, why. It was quickly observed that in many cases, there were psycho-emotional reasons for this physical tension, and that by approaching the muscular tension, one can approach psycho-emotional transformation.
This session is appropriate for all age and abilities and will involve a brief introduction followed by a guided experience lasting around 45 minutes. This practice is enhanced by physical guidance by Dr Ed (who may perform manual release, stretch or external feedback), and therefore by joining the session you consent to this, unless otherwise specifically communicated prior to or during the session. The session may not be suitable in this environment for somebody who cannot lay flat on their back without physical pain in their back or neck.
